I’ve got a 2003 Dodge Ram 4x4 with one hundred and fifty thousand miles on the hemi engine. I always have the dealership service the truck because they are through when checking it out which keeps you from thousand miles on the hemi engine. This is quite possibly the worst service department we have ever used. Previously, we have received phenomenal service from multiple Ram service departments while traveling, but this service department is have ever used. Previously, we have received phenomenal service from multiple Ram service departments while traveling, but this service department is by far the most irresponsible, unreliable and rude Ram dealer…or any dealer, that we have ever attempted to due business with. We were given the run around by different service staff members that constantly accused one another for not doing there job. Ultimately, we spent 8 days trying to get standard recalls completed and they were never done. Having worked in a dealer service department, I can not imagine why this organization gets any good reviews…you should proceed with great caution. We will be reaching out to Ram for assistance. More

She was nervous driving it home because of the amount of snow on the roof that was coming off along the way. Kind of think this was not cool. The car had been there for several days. Otherwise Mo was polite and informative. I continue to come because there are no other Dodge dealers to go to except Dar Cars and I had a horrible experience with them. More
