I brought in my 2017 Pacifica for a misfire code and ultimately it led to a major repair covered under warranty. This service call happened to land during a difficult time for the service department and ultimately it led to a major repair covered under warranty. This service call happened to land during a difficult time for the service department and staff, and would take some time to get parts in and perform the service. Also, due to shortages in the rental car industry the dealership did not have loaners available. After I raised my concerns, the GM took this issue head-on and not only provided my family with a comparable vehicle, but did so my giving me a dealer car the next day. The repair was also completed in a matter of days and is good as new. More

Don’t waste your time here. Multiple better dealer service departments for Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge products in the area. Customer service is flat out rude. With my first Jeep, they refused to acknow service departments for Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge products in the area. Customer service is flat out rude. With my first Jeep, they refused to acknowledge my remaining oil changes on a multi oil change plan I purchased from them. Had to remind them that I still had unused oil changes from that plan. With my second Jeep, they wasted a month of my time on a warranty service already authorized by FCA / Stellantis - not correctly documenting or confirming the issues being reported. If you do any business with them, make sure it’s all in writing. Or alternatively, just drive a town or two over to one of the better dealership service departments. More
