Arrived early for scheduled oil change, was promptly greeted & my truck pulled into bay. Young lady in service was very friendly, didn't push any services I didn't need. Oil change & brake check done greeted & my truck pulled into bay. Young lady in service was very friendly, didn't push any services I didn't need. Oil change & brake check done in 45 min. As always, very pleased with the service dept at Ourisman. More

Never have been good. Left my car there for a tailgate recall about 2 months ago for 2 days. They said it would only take a day. Called to see if it was done after 2 days Left my car there for a tailgate recall about 2 months ago for 2 days. They said it would only take a day. Called to see if it was done after 2 days and they said no. Then when I went to pick it up they tried to give me the wrong truck back. Had to reschedule. Went to have warranty work done on the front end and they stripped the bolts. Had to go back again. Took them 5 weeks to get the parts. Bad customer service........ More

Service department guys were great and the service was done quick. Dealer shuttle driver, Warren, could use some improvement in his customer service and attitude.
