Find another dealer for factory service I had the computer on my Jeep reprogrammed to add the optional tire size $60.00... I talked to the manager.... he said the charge $119.00 and didn't know where $143.00 came from (nor did he ask the Service Write that was standing 10 feet from him). Then he said that the first reprogram was $60.00 because they also did a "recall reprogramming," so I was only charged half price. Problem is they quoted me $60.00 when I called, before they knew there was a recall. I'm not asking for it to be done for free, just honesty and consistency of pricing. More

So we stopped in seeking some advice. We arrived before they'd even opened yet (11:45) but that did not stop John Delio from helping us out. We explained the issue we were having and without hesitation, he jumped right in and worked with us to get the issue resolved. He then offered us coffee while he checked on an answer to another question we had; and all the while knowing that we had purchased the Jeep from a competing dealership. John treated us just as well as I'm sure he would've treated one of his own personal clients, I would highly recommend seeking John out if you're shopping for a vehicle in the Clarksville or surrounding area! I had a navigation system installed this morning and it was done in a timely manner. The wait was pleasant as they had a nice waiting area.
