My wife and I drove up from Florida (where we live) Friday June 17th to visit with family for a few days. Toward the end of our drive 3 lights appeared on my dashboard...ABS, 4-wheel drive, and tracking control. All day Saturday I was on the phone with numerous Jeep dealerships throughout the area...I even drove to a couple...and nobody would even look at the car. I explained our situation and was just trying to get someone who could at least perform a diagnostic to determine if this was a serious safety concern...since we had to drive back to Florida. The earliest any of those dealerships could even look at it was a week to ten days out. So first thing Monday Morning I decided to continue to search for other dealers outside the immediate area. The first one I called was Ourisman...and I was lucky enough to speak to Jackie. I explained my problem and she immediately understood my predicament and asked if I could bring the car right in. I did that and told her I would wait until she got a chance to have someone look at it. Later Jackie informed me that one of the wheels needed a new sensor but they did not have it in inventory. Jackie offered two options...she could...order it from New York and it might come in by Friday...or check with other dealerships to see if they had the part on hand...and if so she would send someone to pick it up and make sure my car was fixed by the end of the day. Jackie found dealer in Rockville and then offered me a loaner car rather than have me sit and wait for the entire day. In the end the car was fixed and we were able to get back home to Florida. In all my years of experiences with cars and servicing Jackie was by far the most professional, knowledgable, and understanding service representative I have ever encountered. Jackie delivered the highest quality customer service. Many dealers talk about customer service...but this is how customer service should be defined and delivered...this is what builds strong relationships and loyalty. Thanks...Floyd and Laurie Haggar. Worst Service EVERRRR I walked into the service department because I MADE an appointment for my oil change no one acted like they wanted to assist me. Then tell me Barry is going to help me, I go talk to barry he explains he is off and someone else have to assist me. I walk back in, the gentlemen told me that I would have an deal for getting my oil change package. I told him I received an coupon from them in my email for my oil and its 89 he explains that doesnt cover tire rotation. When I look online for my 15,000 oil change service it includes tire rotation. I would not have to pay 40 extra dollars for an tire rotation. After going home and futher researching this information I am furious that I did not get my full service that I ask for and I wish I wouldn't have to come back BUT i got the package for my oil change there. I am very upset and I will be calling to speaking to the manager of the service department. worst experience ever and they dont greet you when you walk into the department I waited and the person HAD an attitude because I needed an oil change. NEVER AGAIN i will send someone else to deal with that service. More

always beyond expectations if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, or looking for a service center for your vehicle, ourisman in clarksville is a great choice. i hav if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, or looking for a service center for your vehicle, ourisman in clarksville is a great choice. i have purchased 4 vehicles from this location and have always been surprised by the friendliness and knowledge of their staff. the service department has always been able to get me in quickly and keep my vehicles running properly. they dont sell me a bunch of stuff i dont need and have a great shuttle service to take me home if my car needs to be repaired. i trust them to take care of me when needed and they always return my car cleaner than when i arrived. i will continue to return to ourisman for years to come!
