Bad experience They drained the oil in my car then told me they made a mistake and did not have my oil in stock (I drive a popular car). They told me someone went out to grab oil and they will be back in 20 minutes. An hour passes by and I asked if they have my oil and they said no, I mentioned being told only 20minutes then they offered a loaner car. Shortly after, the oil arrived and I did not get my car back for another 40min. Overall I waited over 2 hours. I was also told they would wash my car for me which they did not do. More
Great Service I had a safety recall. Needed oil change and tire rotation, and a car wash. All the work was accomplished very efficiently and in a timely fashion. To I had a safety recall. no mechanics on staff, only computer readers There are 4 categories of people who work on cars professionally; 1) wrench turner (usually people just starting out) 2) technician (someone who only There are 4 categories of people who work on cars professionally; 1) wrench turner (usually people just starting out) 2) technician (someone who only knows to replace what the computer tells them and is lost if the computer does not know) 3) mechanic (someone who knows the cars they work on well enough to at least get close to problems with based on description) 4) master mechanic (someone who knows cars well enough that they can tell what is going on with a car based on problem description and their 5 senses). Ourisman only has technicians and wrench turners!!! We had a problem with our Grand Caravan where the van would die when first driving in the morning and still going below 30 MPH. This became dangerous for my wife as she struggled to keep the van from hitting other cars as the power steering was lost when the engine died. We took the van to Ourisman several times and they even kept the van for almost a week the last time. Every time, they stated that the computer could not find anything and they were unable to recreate the problem. the last time we picked it up, my wife drove off the lot and it died 100 meters later. They came over right away and said they still did not know what the problem was. I even did some research and gave them two possibilities based on a long history of similar problems with that model of van. They did not have the knowledge to either prove or disprove the possibilities. Each time we paid almost $200 for them to hook up a computer and read the diagnostic that nothing was wrong. DO NOT trust Ourisman with your vehicles!!! If you want a true mechanic find another shop that knows cars. We have given up on Dodge because of them and have traded in our van for a Toyota. More

The service department worked patiently on these problems and treated me like a family member. While they were working on the repair, they follow up my warranty issue and connected me to the right people and department to resolve my issue. They regularly followed up my case until it resolved. It was a great experience working with them. More

I recently settled down in MD and visited the Ourisman Clarksville location. I was blown away because Jackie opened the service center not just on time (a first for me), but a couple minutes early and greeted everyone with a warm smile (another first). Even though the appointment I scheduled online didn't show in their system, she was empathetic, professional, got me registered and my vehicle in the shop faster than I've ever experienced. All I was having done was a 10k service and tire rotation. However this was the first time it took less than two hours even with an appointment. In and out in 47 minutes. I have the receipt to prove it. She let me know what was covered and the price for my additional requests up front instead of the usual "Why are you telling me at check-out that the XXX service cost an additional $149?" The waiting area was immaculate and very comfortable. There was reading, TV, vending and other entertainment for all types of adults and kids. I'm sold and would drive by other locations to come here. *cough* Alexandria and Fairfax *cough* Kudos to Jackie P., Berry K. and the Ourisman Clarksville team. You just gained a loyal customer. More

So I waited on Tuesday when I saw no one calling me! I called unsuccessfully! Then since I could not have Services on the phone, I went to their website to find out if I can connect to them! I finally talk to someone who recommended me to talk to Steeve Ritter. I called again and again and finally could talk to Steeve Ritter who told me my battery and alternator are bad and it will cost me more than $900 to replace them. On Wednesday I stopped at This car dealership and requested Steeve to conduct a diagnostic for my car he said he will and my car will be ready the same day! I waited for their call that day, then The next day, On Friday, I finally called and was told the car was not ready and to check at 6pm. Steeve was not there that day and my car diagnostic was not done. I am a black woman who does not know anything about mechanics and asked Steeve to take care of me! He really showed me all he cared about was my MONEY and could careless about my SAFETY! My Engine light is still ON! More
