Grand Jeep Cherokee, 2011. Situation: coolant was leaking.Test and found faulty radiator fan module assembly thermostat and upper radiator hose collapsed. The said that they replaced radiator fan mod leaking.Test and found faulty radiator fan module assembly thermostat and upper radiator hose collapsed. The said that they replaced radiator fan module assembly, upper radiator hose, thermostat and radiator cap and replaced coolant liquid. When I picked up the car I noticed that the level of coolant liquid was below the minimum line, almost at the same level when I took the car for repair. It means that they didn't add coolant and I was driving for almost 30 minutes with almost no coolant. I talked to the Service manager, Mr.John, and he said that there might have a been a leak so the coolant disappears. I told him that before delivering the car they should have check the level of the coolant. In addition they charged $37.98 for coolant that they didn't put. They also charged $1179 for the fan modul. The real price in MOPAR is $549.04. How can they charge 100% over the real price? Mr John didn't offer any reasonable explanation and he insisted that they did everything well and also put in doubt the price that Mopar has for the spare part mentioned. I will report the issue to JEEP, the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and the Better Business Bureau More

Very nice and efficient service team! Dwayne was understanding of me trying to explain what was wrong with my truck and got me their master tech to go on a test drive. Gregg knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it within an hour or so! So glad I picked the location closer to my home even though I didn’t buy the truck there, they were really accommodating. It was walk-in 1st oil change. Waited for 1-1/2 hour, may be current covid-19 shut down and short of staff, though, there were not that many customers.
