Brought my truck in for 3 separate issues. The gentleman at the service desk had a counterpoint for each issue I described and was very argumentative, telling me that I was wrong and trying to belittle me w at the service desk had a counterpoint for each issue I described and was very argumentative, telling me that I was wrong and trying to belittle me with every thing he said. Told me I would get a call back that day and I didn’t get a call until the next day. Cost $200 for them to tell me EXACTLY I HAD TOLD THEM WAS THE PROBLEM and that parts were on back order and they couldn’t fix anything until an unspecified time in the future. So basically, waste of 2 days and $200 in labor which fixed nothing. Never coming back. Arguing with a customer is never a good policy. Let me describe my problem and then let the mechanic disagree after looking into it. Don’t tell me I’m wrong to try to make me feel dumb and then call me the next day and tell me I’m right. Ruined credibility. More

Thought I had an appointment scheduled through website virtual chat, only to find they didn't a record of it when I got there. Grand Jeep Cherokee, 2011. Situation: coolant was leaking.Test and found faulty radiator fan module assembly thermostat and upper radiator hose collapsed. The said that they replaced radiator fan mod leaking.Test and found faulty radiator fan module assembly thermostat and upper radiator hose collapsed. The said that they replaced radiator fan module assembly, upper radiator hose, thermostat and radiator cap and replaced coolant liquid. When I picked up the car I noticed that the level of coolant liquid was below the minimum line, almost at the same level when I took the car for repair. It means that they didn't add coolant and I was driving for almost 30 minutes with almost no coolant. I talked to the Service manager, Mr.John, and he said that there might have a been a leak so the coolant disappears. I told him that before delivering the car they should have check the level of the coolant. In addition they charged $37.98 for coolant that they didn't put. They also charged $1179 for the fan modul. The real price in MOPAR is $549.04. How can they charge 100% over the real price? Mr John didn't offer any reasonable explanation and he insisted that they did everything well and also put in doubt the price that Mopar has for the spare part mentioned. I will report the issue to JEEP, the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and the Better Business Bureau More
