Fantastic service as usual. We had an oil change performed. We were pleasantly surprised with the tire rotation and washing of vehicle. We wash our wrangler but after service it was sparkling!! I took my 2018 ram truck for 16,000 service and everything was not completed. Actuator did not get checked. No hurry in going back. tires did not get rotated. everything was not completed. Actuator did not get checked. No hurry in going back. tires did not get rotated. More

Thank you for prompt service. I came in for routine maintenance and settled in for a two hour wait, I had barely gotten into newspaper number two when I was told my car was ready. They washed my car and went the extra effort of trying to get some sap that had managed to embed itself in the paint of my car. More

I don't know the Service Department personnel was who accepted and prepared my car for service (oil change, 30,000 mile maintenance) on 24 Sep 2020. He is a Hispanic gentleman and displayed a profession accepted and prepared my car for service (oil change, 30,000 mile maintenance) on 24 Sep 2020. He is a Hispanic gentleman and displayed a professionalism that puts all the others to shame. He was upfront with his assessments, he was respectful and most important, he was honest. He kept me abreast of the situation from beginning to end. He told me their (Ourisman's) intentions, recommendations and completions. Purchased 4 tires (buy 3 get 4th for a $1) and Mr. Steve Ritter was my service manager/associate. Entire process went smoothly and took less than two hours for appt.
