Veli, we are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your recent visit with us. According to GM, Suburbans aren’t programmed for HDMI ports and Firesticks/Chromecast’s won’t work in the vehicles. We serviced the USB port since there aren’t any HDMI connections in your vehicle.
