I have bought 3 vehicles from them since 2018 . I also bought Oil changes for my truck and didn't use all of them before i sold it . I asked them to transfer last oil change to my car and they tol I also bought Oil changes for my truck and didn't use all of them before i sold it . I asked them to transfer last oil change to my car and they told me "Sorry It's expired " I paid for the oil changes in advance with the truck. I am loyal to a brand until they stop being loyal to me . I will never buy another car from them . I live 5 minutes from dealership but will travel 30 min never to use them again .CRISWELL CHEVROLET will get my money next time. More

Think twice before taking your car in for maintenance or repair. $1,400.00 for one water pump that takes about 1 hour to install. It's a rip off.
