I originally wanted a 2025 Chevy Trax with specific features, including a sunroof, but there was some confusion when I received the car without that feature. Edwin was incredibly helpful in addressing my concerns and ensuring I understood all my options. Despite the misunderstanding, the team worked with me to find a solution, and I appreciated their efforts to make things right. In the end, I got what I wanted, and Edwin's customer service really stood out. I recommend giving them a chance, especially if you're lucky enough to work with someone as dedicated as Edwin! More
