My name is Richard Cunningham General Sales Manager at Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet. This customer came to us by internet and we have been conversing via the internet and phone as well as chat since September 2012. We clearly have a disclosure on our website that states that our online prices exclude tax,tags,freight and 200.00 processing fee. In all our conversations with this customer over the phone, email and chat clearly stated to him the fact that our prices exclude the above mentioned fees. Customer has tried to trade two different vehicles and purchase a Volt. Throughout the entire process we have clearly been open and honest in our communications with him about everything including his trade evaluations that were done sight unseen. Sometimes when a consumer doesnt get everything they want we create portals that allow them to say things that are based on false statements. Open to show the customer the chats and emails that were sent to him. Maybe it would refresh his memory of who is being honest and straight forward. We have over 91 yrs of integrity of doing business in the Washington DC area.
