The service at this dealership was excellent , they were so friendly and caring. I went into the dealership "oh i don't have the best credit, so i don't think im going to get a car". Mr. Erik Douglas was there to oversee everything and assist as needed. Everyone, the receptionist, front desk personnel, etc. were friendly, responsive and accomodating. We were hand-held through the entire process; time spent to get us familiar with all the wonderful technology included in our auto packages and assurance of our understanding and satisfaction were priorities for the Fox team. There were many more employees, whose names I don't recall, but the management at Fox Chevrolet on Security Boulevard in Baltimore, MD. is one for other dealerships to model.
