Great Purchasing Experience We went to this dealership around 6:30 in a Saturday afternoon to purchase a 2018 Sienna that my wife talked with Aly about on the phone. The shop was We went to this dealership around 6:30 in a Saturday afternoon to purchase a 2018 Sienna that my wife talked with Aly about on the phone. The shop was supposed to close at 7. When we arrived, Giovanni Kim was outside waiting for us. We went to see the car and found that the color was not exactly we envisioned. Aly spent time patiently with us to explain the safety and other important features, so that we decided to buy. Giovanni went through the paper work and Ryan did the finance part with great patience (Saturday evening after 7 PM), no pressure no pushing on any additional warranty items. When the car is washed clean and waiting a guy (forgot his name) helped me to download the Entune apps. When it's all done, it's almost 8 PM. What a great experience. More
