VERY SATISFIED WITH THE DEALERSHIP AND MY NEW CAR We were out looking a Hyundai Sonata and we could not find any that appealed to us. So my wife and I stopped in the Kia dealership to look for cars We were out looking a Hyundai Sonata and we could not find any that appealed to us. So my wife and I stopped in the Kia dealership to look for cars and the salesperson came over to us and introduced himself has Felton Worrel. We were interested in a hybrid but it did have the color we wanted so he showed us the Optima Turbo and we end up buying it with the help of Billy Brown. I asked a lot of questions about the car and they gave me all the answers. Everybody at the dealership was very friendly I would recommend it to anybody. So far I am very happy with my new Kia Optima Turbo. It's a very sharp looking car and matches my Kia Sorento, both the same color and with most of the same features. perfect experience.! I recently have another newborn and need a minivan. My wife and I visited carmax for test drive, Odyssey, Sienna and Sedona. My wife liked Kia Sedona I recently have another newborn and need a minivan. My wife and I visited carmax for test drive, Odyssey, Sienna and Sedona. My wife liked Kia Sedona more so we decided to visit Kia local dealership. We had visited different local kia dealerships. Ourisman Chantilly Kia was the last one to visit. Overall, everything was perfect and smooth! David Kim explained everything about car and what program Chantilly Kia has. He was very polite too. That was perfect customer service which I have never ever seen. My wife loved his personality. Paper work process was very smooth. We also got remote start installment gift which I loved it!!!!!!!!! You will see many awards if you go to David Kim's desk. Those awards will explain you why he had a lot!. We did finance with Derek Boateng. He did really great and amazing job. Paper works was very smooth. There were no hiccups at all. His explanation and work ethic was perfect!! I will definitely recommend Ourisman Chantilly Kia to my friend and people around me who interested in buying Kia cars. That was perfect experience. Thank you again David Kim and Derek Boateng. More
