They are fraudsters!!! They are liars! I bought a 25k 2014 Mercedes GL450 from them with 4 bald tires. Drove car only for 5hours!! Sales manager said "ultimately we had to sell the car!!" True to the Pictures!! I had searched the country trying to locate the car of my dreams, a Dodge Viper. I found the exact car I was looking for on the OttoSource web site. The car looked great in the photos and it had a clean CarFax. I was an out of state buyer. My sales person answered all of my questions so that I felt comfortable wiring the money to OttoSource. The car was delivered to my house (mutually agreed upon shipping arrangements), in the same condition as in the photos of the car in the showroom. Everything was there, the manuals, the keys, everything I was told about and saw in the photos. The car looks and runs great. I was nervous about making an out of state purchase for an expensive vehicle - but I trusted OttoSource and they really delivered! I would definitely recommend them! Very rude, will run your credit without your authorization. This is by far the worst car company ever. I called to verify why they ran my credit without my authorization. I speak to a lady by the name of Madiso This is by far the worst car company ever. I called to verify why they ran my credit without my authorization. I speak to a lady by the name of Madison, who states she did not run it. However it's fraud to run a consumers credit without there authorization. I am now in contact with an Attorney to look into it. They are very desperate to sell cars. They do not operate from an integral stand point. Please take your business to a more reputable dealer, who cares about the customer credit rating. NOT JUST SELLING CARS More
