They are fraudsters!!! They are liars! I bought a 25k 2014 Mercedes GL450 from them with 4 bald tires. Drove car only for 5hours!! Sales manager said "ultimately we had to sell the car!!" True to the Pictures!! I had searched the country trying to locate the car of my dreams, a Dodge Viper. I found the exact car I was looking for on the OttoSource web site. I had searched the country trying to locate the car of my dreams, a Dodge Viper. I found the exact car I was looking for on the OttoSource web site. The car looked great in the photos and it had a clean CarFax. I was an out of state buyer. My sales person answered all of my questions so that I felt comfortable wiring the money to OttoSource. The car was delivered to my house (mutually agreed upon shipping arrangements), in the same condition as in the photos of the car in the showroom. Everything was there, the manuals, the keys, everything I was told about and saw in the photos. The car looks and runs great. I was nervous about making an out of state purchase for an expensive vehicle - but I trusted OttoSource and they really delivered! I would definitely recommend them! Very rude, will run your credit without your authorization. This is by far the worst car company ever. I called to verify why they ran my credit without my authorization. I speak to a lady by the name of Madiso This is by far the worst car company ever. I called to verify why they ran my credit without my authorization. I speak to a lady by the name of Madison, who states she did not run it. However it's fraud to run a consumers credit without there authorization. I am now in contact with an Attorney to look into it. They are very desperate to sell cars. They do not operate from an integral stand point. Please take your business to a more reputable dealer, who cares about the customer credit rating. NOT JUST SELLING CARS More

Horrible Treatment for a 4 time Return Customer! I have previously purchased four (4) vehicles from this dealership in a span of over 2.5 years and now am treated horrible!!! I called the deal I have previously purchased four (4) vehicles from this dealership in a span of over 2.5 years and now am treated horrible!!! I called the dealership because I was interested in potentially purchasing another vehicle from them and trading in one of my current vehicles I had purchased from them before. Unfortunately Mr. Gay was more interested in telling me what I could not do versus, how they could sell another vehicle to me. After the treatment I received and all of the obstacles he presented, I of course asked to speak to Otto. Mr. Gay stated he would give him a message for me and refused to transfer me to speak with him or leave him a message. Now from what I understand, many of the same people are no longer there and Otto very rarely ever shows up according to Mr. Gay. I can tell you from my personal experience just now, it is very apparent that OttoSource has become one of "those" used car dealerships. My suggestion is at this point, I have lost faith in this dealership who previously had earned my 4X repeat business. More
