The WORST. Sold us a car with a bad head gasket. They claimed they "fixed it". They also talked me into extended warranty and gap insurance. I thought I had done my due diligence. A few days ago the vehicle broke down and I took it somewhere else. Yup, it's the head gasket. We have only had the car 6 months and now have a car we still have to pay a loan on, plus a 5k-7k repair, which we cannot afford. We had the car there 2 weeks ago because it would not start. They claimed there "was nothing wrong with it". They knew damned well that car had a bad head gasket and they sold it to a young girl anyway. Biggest xxxxxxxx out there. More

The man holds a deep disdain for anyone that isn't white, and this is a prejudice that his family is well aware of. When dealing with this company expect every single terrible trope from the world of car salesmen. This "organization" seemingly proves the theory that car salesmen are about one bad decision away from being an absolute con artist. Reading up on this company it's not hard to find multiple instances of people experiencing understated damage to vehicles, poor service after purchase, and shockingly even one man calling Otto out for his racism on Google. If you knew how Otto treated his family, you'd be offended that he referred to you (as a customer or employee) as family. I honestly challenge people to find a bigger narcissist with less to show for it than Otto. The man is a pathetic clown, and even if he was a billionaire he'd struggle to see his toes while looking like what he is...a smug piece of crap without a clue. More

They are rude and put me in debt after having to trade their hunk of junk in to get a reliable vechile after only making the first couple of payments before this happened. They will have excuses and re-use frazes and sales pitches like estimating milage per year which is a croc of .....I can go on for hours about how bad the service is how I now know several people who have the same problem with ottos lemons but i would rather just ask you Please spend your hard earned money else where. More

This was the worst deal ever made. The salesman engaged my husband in nonsence conversation so he would not realize what was wrong with the vehicle. They were to fix a few things then I picked it up the next day. I drove off the lot and not even a mile down the road it started to shake rally bad. I called they said bring it back in morning. They said they fixed it but less than two months later I had to pay to get it replaced. Then a later it started overheating everyday. Got that fixed. (sorta)! They was always noises coming from different places. Especially by the tires/brake area. Well the tierod is now about ready to bust...I have no $ to fix it. And the seat was welded (it had to be in an accident with all that is wrong with it!!!!)but has broken on 3 of 4 side. (I wobble at every turn)....This SUV was the worst vehicle that I ever got suckered into buying.....I thought at least this coming winter I would finally be safe and not afraid to drive in the snow...but it will be the worst winter for driving for me! Bought a car from this dealership in late november, seemed very straight forward from the car,(this ws over the internet). Said that the car had a crack in the windshield and that their were a couple seemed very straight forward from the car,(this ws over the internet). Said that the car had a crack in the windshield and that their were a couple tiny cracks in the front dash, But that everything ran great. Got the car delivered and first off they did not overnight the plates even though the check was over nighted to them. Second they did not even put my name on the title, they put nancy, My name is Matthew. So after about a month of calling and harrassing them finally got the car on the road. First off going through it "a couple small cracks" was a gross under exhaggeration. There were 3 huge half inch cracks in the top dash right down the middle, then there were two more on each side, then the instrument panel was completly cracked and broken, and the instruments were not held tightly in place and were comming out. Also driving the car when accelerating there was a horrible clunking sound. I mean this was something that was in no way something that wouldnt have been noticed. This was motor mounts, which were 300 to replace, with aftermarket ones and then another couple hundred to put on. Turns out someone had hotwired the radiator fan to stay on at all times, instead of just fixing a blown relay fuse. A valve had torn on the engine and instead of replacing the 3 dollar valve it was glued to the engine block. And now after only a month of driving the car the transmission went. More
