Do not send video of what is also wrong with my jeep. I know I drive it. To me that is up selling for more work and money. Your survey doesn't list my vehicle. My van is a 2017 Grand Caravan which was purchased at Stephen's and has always been serviced there. Amanda was very friendly, kept me update on the progress of the work, and explained the final bill to me, (more than once) as I was in sticker shock at the final bill. My jeep needed to be seen asap and they were gracious to help me within the hour. Amanda was courteous and accommodating. My usual dealer was rude and told me it would be about 3 days before they could e help me within the hour. Amanda was courteous and accommodating.
