Took my vehicle in for a NY State inspection that took 2+ hours as they chose to do some “complementary inspection” that I did not request. They torn my car apart to get to the cabin air filter to tell me it hours as they chose to do some “complementary inspection” that I did not request. They torn my car apart to get to the cabin air filter to tell me it needed replacing, this has nothing to do with a NY state inspection. This in my opinion is a violation of my personal space that I did not request to be inspected. This is just a way for this dealership to find other things wrong with your vehicle to be able to charge you more money. The only thing wrong with my vehicle was a headlight bulb that they wanted to quoted at $100, this bulb cost around $40 at advanced auto for 2. I will not be taking my vehicle to this dealer for service again. More
