Paul and Lee were great! They were very knowledgable about the truck's features, available promotions and rebates. I got a great deal and they made buying a new truck easy and stress free. Took a Dodge Caliber with 39,000 miles in for service so that I could pass inspection. Normally don't use dealers for repairs (too expensive of course) but as with every year, I needed this dealer to clear that I could pass inspection. Normally don't use dealers for repairs (too expensive of course) but as with every year, I needed this dealer to clear out the warning lights on the dashboard and do my inspection. This car has always been a lemon, and the day after warning lights are cleared, they all come right back on with no explanation ever found. Dealer said first that the battery needed to be replaced, so I brought up that they had just done that last year, and then asked me to drive to Massachsetts and back before they could inspect it. With much pressure, they finally agreed to discount the price of the battery, since they had installed the previous faulty one. They also volunteered to run the car on the rack for a fee so that I wouldn' have to drive it for 4 hours to reset the memory. Great. Then at the end of the day I was informed that the battery would have to be special ordered, as there was none in stock. (Apparently it was too much trouble to call around to Autozones to see if anyone had it.) They kept the car for three days. Each day had a service charge, because each day they made one of the three repairs. Day one, they fixed a bent tire rod. Day two, they did the alignment, and Day Three they installed the battery, and called me at 5:30 that I could pick it up. This was too late at night, so I picked it up this morning. I knew the price would be just over $500, but after I paid, I went out to my car and discovered there was no new inspection sticker. I went back to the service desk, asking why the inspection wasn't done. I was told there wasn't enough time, but for an additional fee, they would hold it another day, and send it out to a garage to have it done. I left immediately. I will never use this service center again. My boss makes me use it, since he is one of those folks who believes everyone in Greenwich is wealthy, and therefore better (and this also applies to everything located there). They never fixed my main issue, which was to get the car inspected. They fixed three things, and charged me three different labor fees, yet never bothered to see if the car would pass inspection. To top it off, they tried to convince me that I needed to spend $1100 to replace the control arms, which were supposedly in danger of breaking off (remember, this car doesn't even have 40,000 miles on it and was purchased new.) When I did get the inspection done by my mechanic just now, he said the control arms were just fine, and if they needed to be replaced, it certainly wouldn't cost $1100. I will not only never go to the service center again, I will discourage anyone from buying a Dodge, like my lemon that leaks every time it rains. People were right to make fun of Al Bundy for owning one. More
Bought a 2006 Jeep Liberty 1/11/11. By 7/8/11 the car had been back to the dealer SEVEN times. Six for the same thing. Spent a lot of money and bought an extended warranty. After the sixth time I took it to been back to the dealer SEVEN times. Six for the same thing. Spent a lot of money and bought an extended warranty. After the sixth time I took it to another Jeep dealer and it was repaired in less than 2 hours. Engine light has stayed off. It was an O2 sensor that Stephens cleaned BUT it needed to be replaced. The Service Dept. is a joke. Salesman great. Wish I had listened to warnings before I purchased. More

Bought 03 PT Cruiser, broke down with a broken wheel bearing 5 days after buying it on May 12/07, again 2 wks. later with no ignition and again in Aug.07 with no ignition, due to broken/taped wiring har bearing 5 days after buying it on May 12/07, again 2 wks. later with no ignition and again in Aug.07 with no ignition, due to broken/taped wiring harness from frontend damage found by another Chrysler dealer. Repeatedly lied to, no registration filed to replace temp. reg. No warranty transfer, as promised, front end collision not revealed to me before buying. Had to contact DMV to get registration. So many issues with the company, not a reputable company to do business with. Has now been sold, but retains original employees that I had to deal with. More
