Beware of the trade in value bait and switch. I was a returning customer and promised $11000 for my trade and trusted the sales staff to keep their word. I contacted the dealer to ask about the discrepancy within 24 hours and was told that was too bad for me because I signed the contract. That just goes to show you what you get for trusting a dealership and car sales person. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone trading in a vehicle. More

I left the dealership to wait on a call from them for financing. When I got the call I was told that everything was all set. Come in the next day to pick up the truck! When I got there I was told that the financing did not go through on the used truck but they COULD get financing for a brand new truck. I told the salesman what my price range for monthly payment was and they proceeded to tell me that the new truck was almost 3 times more a month! They wasted my time deceiving me by saying I was approved on the used truck to get me back in the showroom to try and sell me something I could not afford. I spent the morning removing items from the trade in and wasted more than half my day.i would NEVER recommend this place! Don't even bother stopping! More

I brought my jeep compass to be serviced for a clicking noise in the dash that it has been making since I bought it approx 4 weeks ago.They had my vehicle for 2 days and drove it over 70 miles in that time noise in the dash that it has been making since I bought it approx 4 weeks ago.They had my vehicle for 2 days and drove it over 70 miles in that time and told me it was not making any noise for them and that it must have went away.When I picked up my vehicle they told me they adjusted some things but could do no more since noise was not heard.As soon as I drove it off the lot the clicking noise started.REALLY? It did not do it when they had it for 2 days, but has done it for me everyday Ive owned it, and as soon as I leave the dealership?On my drive home I noticed long gouges in the dash of my BRAND NEW CAR!!! When I got home and further inspected I found gouges all along the dash pad.They also replaced a rim cap that had broken already while they had it.So I check the rim to make sure cap is secure and find that the powder coat on the rim is scraped off in several spots.I have not even had this car long enough to have made the first payment yet and all they did was damage to my car and the initial problem was not fixed.I AM SO FURIOUS THAT ITS NOT FUNNY!!! I would recommend NOBODY to take there vehicle there for service!! I would not let them even fill my washer fluid at this point.There is not enough room on this page or time in my schedule to say just how FURIOUS I am with the service at this dealership!!!! Do not know if they thought I was to dumb to notice the damages,but if so they were sadly mistaken!! I NOTICE EVERYTHING!!!! More

Went in to test and possibly buy a used 2012 Dodge Avenger. The whole process was very smooth.
