I panicked, pulled the car over, and called my regular dealer. They couldn't see me for 5 days but he recommended Stephens in Greenwich. I called immediately and was able to bring my car in for service the next morning. I was able to get the earliest morning appointment in case I needed to order a part. Luckily the problem was fixed within an hour. The service team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I plan on continuing to servicie my vehicle there . More

They had me drop my car off, they have a rental service so I was able to rent a vehicle and then kept me in the loop the entire time as to what was going on with my car. I went to go pick it up and they explained in detail what they did to fix the problem. They were friendly, fast and informative. I didn’t hear a single word until yesterday when they called me to return my loaner truck I’ve been using. NOT A SINGLE WORD ON MY TRUCK THAT HAS BEEN THERE FOR 10 DAYS!!! I told them that I was working, and didn’t have time. Received a call today at 4pm after being at work since 6am (working 16 hours until 10pm) telling me that I have until 5pm to bring the truck back? Giving me an hour? Don’t think so. I work 16 hour days. And that they “promised” someone else, and wanted to give me a “van” to use. Let’s just say that I will not drive a van. Never have before, nor do I ever plan to. My truck was bought there at THIS dealership. I do all my services there. And never in my life have I seen such unprofessional people. Don’t promise other people things when the loaner car is not even there. I do not care what gets promised to other people. I care about it now going on 12 days without my truck being fixed after being told the parts were coming in the next day when i dropped it off. Maybe if you weren’t so worried about the loaner you promised other people you’d have my truck fixed by now. Disgusting. More
