I called for information about a used Toyota 4Runner at this dealership. I talked to Mike in sales. He told me the car I was looking for was there and ready to test drive. Nothing wrong with it when I asked why there were only 3 pictures online. None of which shown any damage or the inside of the vehicle. Carfax did state it was in a minor accident but it was supposedly fixed. I told him I’d be in later that day to speak to him directly and look at the vehicle in person. I drove over an hour to this location and got a babysitter to watch my 2 young kids in order to do so. Upon arriving my husband and I were greeted by a younger man. I told the gentleman I would like to speak to Mike in sales and he went and got him. Mike approached us and said the guy who greeted us would be the one taking care of us and just passed us off. The guy then sat us down and said the vehicle was getting cleaned out and he would go check on it. We waited a few minutes and he pulled it up to the front door and we walked out to see and test drive. During the walk out this guy kept going on and on about how great this vehicle is and how the person who just traded it in took really good care of it… I didn’t even make it into the vehicle after seeing the driver rear quarter panel was completely damaged and unclipped, the front fender was seriously damaged and the driver door had been pried open with a crowbar at least an inch like a tuna can lid. Very well “taken care of”. If that’s what this dealership considers a deal then I would be scared of anything coming out of there. Needless to say we didn’t need to test drive. We walked away and left. That’s dirty business and dishonesty at its finest. More
