TERRIBLE RUDE SERVICE AND INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED - STAY AWAY! This is one of the worst and most unpleasant experiences I have ever had with a Ford dealership. I am a business owner and have 4 Ford vehicles. I b This is one of the worst and most unpleasant experiences I have ever had with a Ford dealership. I am a business owner and have 4 Ford vehicles. I brought my F250 in for service on a Tuesday morning and was promised the vehicle back on Wednesday - I needed the mirror glass replaced, the rubber valance replaced (both very simple, not requiring work on the motor or parts) and a new starter. I received a message at the end of the day Tuesday 4:30 PM in regards to what needed to be done to my truck, but when I was able to call back the shop was closed. Called Wed morning and then told the truck would not be ready until Thursday morning because they were waiting on a new side mirror to arrive, and rudely told that it was MY FAULT because I did not get back to them right away. My fault. Verbatim. The customer. I asked them when the mirror (just the glass part) was coming in and they said they had no idea. I asked if they knew where it was coming from and could they follow up on it. No, they could not do that. No idea when to expect it and no way to find out when it would be in. Thursday they called me at 2:30PM and said that they got in the wrong part for the front of the vehicle (rubber valance - trim piece under bumper) as well as that they didn't notice my front windows were tinted and would not be able to give me a new inspection. That they would have to scrape off my current inspection sticker since I had asked them to get me a new one. I had only asked them to get me a new inspection sticker since it was already there and my time is valuable. The front windows are hardly what you would call tinted. I have not done anything to this truck since I bought it in 2012, and I have NEVER had anyone say anything about the windows in a vehicle inspection. Never had a problem. And guess what? The truck wasn't ready until today, Friday and almost $1,500.00 later. Stay away from this place - terrible, rude service and typical overcharging and difficult to work with. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. Pathetic. I'm so angry I brought my truck there. The gentleman's name of the person who was helping me in the service dept was named JOHN TAMBURINO . Rude and unhelpful. More

So far no good I recently purchased a Ford F350 Lariat POWERSTROKE Dually, it's used but fairly new and in great condition. I purchased from another dealerships but I recently purchased a Ford F350 Lariat POWERSTROKE Dually, it's used but fairly new and in great condition. I purchased from another dealerships but since Otis is closer I figured I'd go there cause was too busy with my business to do rear brakes on my dually. The quoted price was $450 less than when I went to pick her up. Brakes in rear seem OK but now the E brake wasn't adjusted like it should have been, they didn't adjust at all. Here's where it gets worse I call Otis to adjust E brake and make me another key and alarm remote. I take her home (5 minutes away if that), park her for the day. Next morning she's lacking power, won't hold steady idle at all. I bring it back to Otis to pay more money $$ for EBP sensor!! She's running better today but not perfectly like normal and engine temperature is running much hotter than normal. They put air filter assembly back improperly and didn't tighten clamps on air intake tubing. I'm afraid to bring her back there, all I wanted was my brakes done and now look!! More

I was satisfied with my purchase until after two months and thirty-one hundred miles, I noticed excessive, uneven wear on the front tires. My initial impression was the camber was out of tolerance; however, upon professional evaluation it was toe that was out of adjustment. It was my hope that Otis Ford would stand behind their product and realign the front end, and I would deal with the tires. Hours after leaving Otis Ford I read the repair order/ receipt of work performed and came to realize that the service director authorized the replacement of both front tires. This was well beyond my expectations. This was my first purchase from Otis Ford which was a laid back, easy going, experi- ence; not at all aggressive and pushy which has been my experience elsewhere. I will recommend Otis Ford to everyone; This is a stand up company, with a professional staff. I cannot thank them enough nor can I give them enough stars for their exemplary service. More
I had sold my house and was moving to California. The closing and the day I would leave was a Friday. On Wednesday I began having electrical issues with my 2011 Ford Econoline wagon. I called Otis which is about 30 miles away and they said bring the car in tomorrow morning, which I did. They got on the car right away and diagnosed it as a bad trailer brake control module, which was not an item kept in stock. Knowing that I had to leave on a trip the next day, Terry in the service department said" I'll overnight it if I have to" . The following day I packed all my remaining possessions in the van went to the lawyers for the house closing then on to Otis Ford where they promptly replaced the defective part.To top it off Terry found that this vehicle had an extended warranty purchased by the previous owner that I didn't know about .Terry sent me to Mark Latham and in about 15 minutes the warranty was transferred to me for a $75 fee.This was all done by Otis Ford in spite of my not buying the vehicle from them, nor the original owner buying from them, and knowing that I was moving across the country and would no longer be their customer. There are just not many dealers that give this level of service.I dought I'll find another dealership as good as Otis Ford. More

Imagine the first new car you are shown being the best match for you! Imagine when you have a problem and worry it could be an expensive solution (and might be in other venues), to learn that the diagnosis and the cost are not as bad as you think! Imagine knowing some of your friends pay more because they didn't go to the Otis Ford dealership! And whether or not a problem arises, Otis Ford people are always a pleasure to work with. They all want to help. And they are genuinely happy to see you when you run into them in restaurants, at the supermarket, the train station, everywhere. More
I was always told to not get your car serviced by a dealer as they always inflate the prices, and try to get you to service things on your car that don't necessarily need service. Otis Ford in East Quogue, NY made me throw that thought out the window completely! Not only are they courteous, but their customer service reps are very knowledgeable and keep you well informed of everything going on with your vehicle. The service is fast, and their prices can't be beat. As long as I own a car, I will continue to have it serviced at Otis. More
The folks at Otis are very friendly and helpful. They completely looked over my Smart Car and found there was a warranty issue which they alerted to me to bring to my dealership to get repaired and cover completely looked over my Smart Car and found there was a warranty issue which they alerted to me to bring to my dealership to get repaired and covered. They took great care to look at all the other major areas during the oil change process to ensure everything was covered (even though it's not a Ford vehicle). I was very impressed and will certainly bring all my car business to them. I was especially impressed with the service staff - Chris and Frank were wonderful to work with and explained everything to me. More
