Very easy to deal with, I dealt with Greg and he was not pushy what so ever and I could say that same thing for the entire dealership. They let me make my decision and didn’t try to push any unwanted items pushy what so ever and I could say that same thing for the entire dealership. Very happy with Osseo Ford-my husband had looked at a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat on the lot-went back so I could look it over. Chad Gomsrud, salesman, informed us that he had just sold the vehicle. He informed us that they would search for another vehicle matching the one we really liked. In a day or so we received a call that there was one in Duluth, if we were still interested. Yes we were, they picked the vehicle up last week, we wanted some additional items added and Osseo Ford was very prompt in getting the vehicle ready as we requested. We love the vehicle, previously had a 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat with about 70,000 miles on however due to my health issues I was not able to get into the truck. This one is perfect for me, love the Iconic Silver Color. Very happy with Chad, explained everything and was not "pushy".
