They found the perfect car within budget and there was no pressure or hassle to upgrade or purchase a maintenance package, etc.! They treated me like family even offering to feed me a Thanksgiving feast plus made a second car key. This is my second car purchase from Osborne Chevrolet. Purchased a Toyota Venza at this dealership after speaking to "The Owner" said he would make it right. Car was missing trim pieces, and had some suspension issues. After "fixing" front end and suspen speaking to "The Owner" said he would make it right. Car was missing trim pieces, and had some suspension issues. After "fixing" front end and suspension items, car would not drive e right. Took it back for them to say I had to be charged for those. I told them the service manager had told me to bring the car back with any issues and he would take care of them but when I did they had fired the service manager. Car has never run correctly and they will not fix the issues. Buyer beware of these scammers!! Overpriced and selling garbage vehicles that they won't stand by after saying they would.. More
This is a terrible business. They use price scams to get customers on the lot. We found a ‘new’ vehicle online listed for $21,422 and an offer of $500 rebate for medical field They use price scams to get customers on the lot. We found a ‘new’ vehicle online listed for $21,422 and an offer of $500 rebate for medical field worker. We called a day in advance to assure the vehicle was there and scheduled an appointment with the sales representative to come in. We drove 2hrs to this car dealership. When we arrived we first found this was in-fact not a new vehicle as it was listed; it was a demo vehicle with 1,800 miles and was not clean. However we did like the car so we decided to move forward with the purchase. The sales rep pulled up the price online $21,422 and got my information to start the credit check process and get approval for my $500 rebate. A ‘manager’ comes into the office to ‘explain’(I use this term loosely because he was truly using a sales tactic to try and confuse us) that a 3rd party person manages their website and lists prices that they have no control over and that they doubled a $3000 rebate and they could only give us a $1000 rebate. I asked for the bottom line price he says $24,995. Not only do we get scammed into coming there but the ‘manager’ was very rude and frankly unapologetic when delivering us this information. As we were leaving another worker came over and asked was it about the payment, I explained it’s not about the payment it’s about the bottom line price of the vehicle even though we were frustrated and disappointed we offered to pay $22,500 for the vehicle $1,500 more than what was posted on their website and were told by the salesman that it cost. They refused the offer. Even an hour after we have left the dealership the same vehicle is posted with the same price that we were told was an ‘error’. The management at this dealership is obviously terrible, that is no way to conduct business. I hope after reading this you choose to do business elsewhere. More
