Service (Repair) Had repairs to climate control actuator. Works perfect. However, a connection for hazard lights was missed. Now I'm very satisfied. Was not charged for correction. Service Dept. offered a reduction on price for an oil change. I told them I will bring it in on one of the next oil changes. This is due to costing me extra gasoline for second trip. They told me they appreciated my patience with them. I know sometimes things may be missed during repairs. I've done it myself on an old car I own. More

I was blown away by the awesome experience...from the covered drive-in w/ automatic opening doors, to some one waiting as soon as I stepped out of my truck to check me in with their Microsoft Surface tablet, the friendly staff, the very nice and comfortable waiting room, to the dealership driver quickly taking me to work, and...most importantly...to the free car wash that is next to the service department. Hassle Free Experience When going in to look for a new truck, I figured it would be a nightmare to get them to work within my price range, but I was pleasantly surprised. I gave them my budget and add-ons which I wanted, and they put together a package deal that was actually a little below my budget. From there on, the process went smoothly. They didn't mind working with me and answering my questions and were friendly yet professional. What I had thought would be a nightmare of arguing and bickering back and forth turned into a fairly pleasant car-buying experience. I definitely wouldn't mind doing business with them again in the future. More
