Orr Nissan of Fort Smith

Replace broken visior Price for new one was to high but service was great. I have had 3 recalls on this Pathfinder and then visiors won't stay up and had to replace at $19 Price for new one was to high but service was great. I have had 3 recalls on this Pathfinder and then visiors won't stay up and had to replace at $197 each.. Will not buy another Nissan due to recall and visors are not well made.. This is a defect even on the 2017 Pathfinders.. Not happy camper. Going back to Highlander More

Friendly, helpful staff and a nice, clean establishment Very satisfied with everything overall at Orr. We knew the vehicle we wanted to look at because we found it online and wanted to go check it out, but have had bad experiences at other lots in the past, whether because of just feeling pressured into looking at vehicles that we didn't want or way above our asked for budget, but we were soon to be very comfortable once we realized the environment we were in was not what we had experienced in the past at other lots. Every member of the staff we met was extremely polit and helpful and the car was what we had been looking for so we knew we could not pass this place and car up and we look forward to dealing with Orr in the near and distant future with both service and maintenance, and more vehicle needs later on in life. More

Great staff. No pressure sales. We brought in our 2013 Altima for an oil change. Had no intention of buying a new car. We had a few issues with time and rushed through the paperwork. Had to come back the next day to complete everything. Dee Breese was awesome and did everything he could for us. He's a valuable associate of your dealership. Both Kelly and Chad were there to make sure everything was more than satisfactory. Other than the extra time we had to spend with paperwork, the experience was very pleasing. More
