Orr Nissan of MWC, OKI want to take a few minutes to Orr Nissan of MWC, OK I want to take a few minutes to describe what most will consider one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I had the plea Orr Nissan of MWC, OK I want to take a few minutes to describe what most will consider one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I had the pleasure being a part of at your dealership in Midwest City, Ok on Jan 4, 2021. See just a year ago I encountered one of the "worst" and when I say worst I can't emphasize the word enough at David Stanley Jeep in Midwest City when buying my wife her 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I came to your dealership on Jan 3 and was greeted by the most polite young man Thomas Bass. Thomas and I discussed me wanting to buy my 75 year old mother her first brand new car for up and coming birthday. See, my mother has had a hard go at life losing 2 sons and recently a dear niece. As her only surviving son I wanted to do something special for this amazing woman. Thomas Bass and a co-associate salesman Josh both were absolutely tremendous in assisting with the perfect car for my mother. Both gentleman were very knowledgeable regarding the 2020 Nissan SR KICKS my mother test drove. They explained to her all the safety features, the leather upgrade seats the SR model provides along with the amazing Bose speaker system and most of all The Apple Car Play. My mother simply loved the car. As fate would have it we closed the deal on my late brother Rickey's birthday Feb 5. I might add Nathan in finance was truly amazing as well. He explained all the manufacture warranty components, and set my mother up with an additional extended 7/75K mile protection plan, as well as a 2yr no maintenance plan... Kudos to Nathan for putting my mother at ease with a complete new car package she will enjoy for many years. In closing, I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime, most new car negotiations are grueling painful experiences EXCEPT with Orr Nissan, which had truly magnificent staff that was very helpful throughout the entire process. If it were up to me every car dealership serving the public's needs should mirror Orr Nissan's business model of how to represent a product, educate the buyer and close the deal with honesty and integrity. If all dealerships would operate like Orr many car owners would relish the opportunity to sit down as I have done today and express in writing their wonderful car buying experience. They do not stand behind their word, they tell you if you bring someone in they will give you $200 but they make a sale I brought my daughter in she bought a vehicle when I asked him about the $200 they had bring someone in they will give you $200 but they make a sale I brought my daughter in she bought a vehicle when I asked him about the $200 they had me fill out the paperwork for taxes of course after waiting several weeks I called and asked they told me to just wait it would take a little time they bug the xxxx out of me about bringing in a survey that they fill out themselves giving themselves all great ratings I asked them about it again they told me that they would take care of it the next day after waiting until the following business day I called and asked about it again then I was told that was not part of the deal. This is some shady xxxx and they don't stand behind what they say. More
We posted our 2017 Nissan Altima on Facebook and received a message saying Orr Nissan East wanted to buy our car and that Shannon, their used car manager liked our asking price. I told them if they were willing to pay asking price we would sell it so they told us to come up and ask for Shannon. So we drive up there and they offer us $3900 LESS than our asking price. Really shoddy customer service and management! Purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from Orr Nissan East 2 months ago from Michael Dean. He was awesome, and we were happy until this week, when a bearing wen a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from Orr Nissan East 2 months ago from Michael Dean. He was awesome, and we were happy until this week, when a bearing went out in the AC fan. This is a known problem for Nissan. There are hundreds of complaints online if you Google it. We took it back to the dealership and they told us it wasn't covered under warranty and would take 3 hours of labor. When I asked them why it would take so long, they told me they would have to completely remove the radiator to be able to get to it. The cost of parts and labor quoted was $910.53 plus tax. Then the service guy said, "If you don't get it replaced, there's a good chance it'll ruin your radiator and you'll have to replace both." I felt like this was a way to manipulate me into rushing into the replacement. I asked to speak to a manager and was led through the store by Thomas Bass who kept making loud snide comments about how "he was the only one working and where is everyone else". I talked to the Orr manager, and he told me there was nothing he could do. We asked about our paperwork, which we still haven't gotten after 2 months!!! He was smarmy about the fan not being under warranty and them not having to fix it. He blamed us for the paperwork issue and said he would look into it, but never got back to us. We left in disgust. I called and talked to Nick, the manager at PEP Boys on Walker, and he told me he could do it for about half that price. I told him I didn't want a Nissan part because of the known design flaw. He got an entirely different part, replaced it in an hour, and charged me $403.75 total. Nick told me the book time to replace the part is 1.7 hours. I would not recommend Nissan Orr East. Michael Dean was a great salesman, but once you drive off the lot, you're on your own. More
These ppl are shady..stay away! They lie about what they are selling you. Dont trust them at all and they will take all your money!! Didn't hear from them for a few months and now they will not stop emailing and calling and harassing us about coming to look at vehicles. They call late at night even. Extremely frustrating considering the fact that we have told them many times to stop calling/emailing us. More
