Very unorganized I tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment in service for an oil change & to have the actuator replaced on my 2016 Murano. First through an online pers I tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment in service for an oil change & to have the actuator replaced on my 2016 Murano. First through an online person who was supposed to set everything up. Nothing. A week later I called ther service department & made an appointment explaining what I needed done. Made an appointment, took my car in & left it & was very surprised that I was called & told that I would have to come back to get the actuator installed because they did not have one & had to order one. When I questioned why, I was told they had to check the actuator on the car before they ordered one because it might not be bad & need to be replaced. It was out of their control & was Nissan’s rule. They called the next day & had the actuator. I made an appointment on my daughter’s day off so I did not have to stay all day. My point is this. Why was this not explained to me when I made the original appointment? Surely the person with whom I made my appointment knew this when I told him about the actuator recall? This dealership was also very unorganized when I went to pick up my car. They called & said it was ready & when I got there they had not printed the invoices. I had to wait because they could not find the invoice for the person in line in front of me. Needless to say I am not impressed. Before this dealership changed hands it was very organized and my family purchased 4 vehicles from them. Now, when you go online to look at a vehicle, you are constantly bombarded by online sales people. It is ridiculous! They need to leave me alone. I am looking, if I want to buy, I will come in and get with a salesperson and buy. At this point I am not sure if I will ever buy a car from the current owners. The previous owner treated my family members & my friends with the utmost respect. I never hesitated recommending them for purchasing a Nissan. This new dealership should get their act together. I am disappointed & time will tell. More

Didn't take long . Ken was busy on the phone with another customer but had another employee start my ticket so I wouldn't have to wait. Attention to details I had been there before and was well pleased with the service. This time I was greeted promptly and told them I needed an oil change. They immediately did an alignment check which I suppose is common and the test results showed the front end needed alignment. I opted not to have alignment performed at that time. The oil change was done in a timely manner and service was paid for and I left having an appointment in Norman to attend. When I got near my destination I noticed the warning light for tire pressure was on. It had been on for a couple of day prior but I assumed they would notice that and inflate my tires to proper pressure. I am just disappointed to the lack of details on the all points inspection I was promised. Tire pressure check should have been performed and resolved. More
