Good experience , expensive labor rate Got my courtesy inspection back and was told 1 hour of labor to replace 2 hood supports that can be changed out in 5-10 minutes. not reasonable. Ken was great, quick service Came in for routine maintenance, I had requested full synthetic oil change, but it appears based on the sku listed and cost in the invoice it appears Came in for routine maintenance, I had requested full synthetic oil change, but it appears based on the sku listed and cost in the invoice it appears a regular oil change was performed. Was offered a value pack (VPST) at $150 for 3 oil changes which im not sure is for full synthetic oil or regular dino oil per parts guy. That said, service was very prompt, there was no oil mess in the engine bay unlike an previous instance and I was out in less than an hour. Highly recommended. More
