Not the greatest customer service. I sent my husband for my oil change. When I scheduled it, I requested a tire rotation because I had a 9.95 coupon. Due to weather my husband rushed ou I sent my husband for my oil change. When I scheduled it, I requested a tire rotation because I had a 9.95 coupon. Due to weather my husband rushed out of the house without the coupon. Instead of honoring it because Nissan Is the one that sent it out to me and they knew exactly what coupon it was they charged us full price. The coupon will be expired by the time I need another tire rotation. Way to go on your customer service. More

my tire went flat on my vehicle with less than 7,000 miles I have no issues with the dealership as we have bought several cars over the years. I was greeted by Victor and he remembered that my son and I bought I have no issues with the dealership as we have bought several cars over the years. I was greeted by Victor and he remembered that my son and I bought card last August. Conner was very helpful as well. My concern is the quality of tires on my Rogue. My car has less than 7,000 miles and I had to buy a new tire. It was not low when I left work but along the way I was alerted of low tire pressure and eventually it went completely flat. There was nothing in the trend but the issue was the sidewall. I did not run into or run over anything that would cause this issue. I looked up the review of the Hankook tires and found out in the past there has been recalls for this very issue. My concern is the tires on my vehicle & the need for a new one with 10% use of the tire. More
