I’ve been lied to about having to get my oil changed here or my warranty “won’t be valid” asked again yesterday and was told that’s not true they just tell people that also the last 4 times I have been in fo or my warranty “won’t be valid” asked again yesterday and was told that’s not true they just tell people that also the last 4 times I have been in for a simple oil change I have had issues with my car immediately after I’ve had to buy a new battery and a wheel hub already yesterday after my service I had issues with my car went back up there sat for an hour and the lights that came on after my oil change were gone but now my vehicle is having more weird issues I have all recorded videos and photos as well. I will not be coming back for any work here and will never recommend buying a car from this lot. More
I asked the service guy a question about the price because I asked what price would be before I came. He acted as though he was angry with me. He showed me a handwritten sign on the wall that I never saw before that time. When I first arrived there I had dropped my key in my purse and couldn’t find it immediately. When I found it he was o where to be found and I didn’t know where to look for him. He could have told me I will be over here when you find it. When I found him he said just leave it in the cup holder in the car and go over there to the left waiting area where the door is open. Customer service has gone out the window with your place of business. Your business was once very busy and thriving but it was so slow. You used to tell me I should do this or that with my car but I didn’t get any suggestions. Maybe I’ve had my car too long but I don’t think that is the problem. As it stands now I don’t even want to buy another Nissan because that is terrible service I look forward to receiving. I gave you two stars because you did change my oil, I hope. Trust is gone. More
