Four and a half years, and 47,000 miles later, I’ve never had a significant issue with my 2020 Murano that was purchased at Orr Nissan Central. Perhaps thats because I’ve only had it serviced here. The service person I got had an attitude and when I took my 2023 Nissan kicks to see if something was wrong. I went out to get my charger out the my and he saw me and came to me and told me they couldn’t f my 2023 Nissan kicks to see if something was wrong. I then said “how would I bring it back if it’s not even running” he said in a smart sarcastic tone “well you have warranty so they will obviously pay for it” I then said okay and I asked a couple more questions I forgot what they were and then he just kept answering them real sarcasticly or with an attitude tone talking to me like I was dumb. I had brought my car for a routine oil change at 19000 miles mark. I waited over an hour for the job to be completed then I received a bad new that the technician that was assigned to work on my car did n miles mark. I waited over an hour for the job to be completed then I received a bad new that the technician that was assigned to work on my car did not pay attention and left my car on the lift closed to a heating generating mechanism that left a burnt mark on my front hood. This is not the first time I have had issues with the maintenance department. The service manager informed me of the problem and elected to give me a rental for the duration. But that was not the point. I did not have my car for 3 days because a technician did not pay attention on what he.she was doing that day. I was missing all my comfort creatures that I paid money to enjoy with a less inferior vehicle (Kick) for 3 days. Due to this employee error, I am contemplating not to purchase a future vehicle with Nissan. The vehicle's quality and after purchase customer support is lacking in a lot of areas. More
