I took my vehicle in for a sample oil change which end up costing me $400. Whenever I arrive the sales advisor Asked me what I like visual inspection I said no he said we’ll do it anyway. I take my car there all the time this particular time the report he came back said that I had a blown tire rod granite. I just drove the car there. It wasn’t shaking or making noise. I declined it fixed because there was nothing wrong with my car. I had just drove it back from Branson, Missouri and I was just getting an oil change to make a trip to Dallas Texas someone there maliciously temperate with my vehicle. I took it back the next day. They gave me a discount because they knew that they were shady and not a lot at 600 bucks. I wind up paying 400 for labor and parts. Why would you give me a discount if you didn’t do anything wrong? They’re trying to make money up there, don’t leave your car there or they’ll make money off you. I’m very disappointed because I thought they were respectable people. It’s just a money game to them. Ken Burger Was my sales advisor he’s trash and he’s crooked. I’ll never bring my car there again and I’m telling everybody at work don’t go there. More

Con mi carro en el servicio, la verdad estaba muy frustrada Porque no tenía forma de transportarme a mi trabajo, a los 4 días de esperar contacté al servicio al cliente de Nissan y puse mi queja la verdad fueron muy amables ellos me ayudaron mucho, contactaron al dealer, a las 3 semanas finalmente me presentaron un carro de su propiedad para que lo usara mientras me entregaban el mío, el señor Javier Dozal fue mi advisor, el señor siempre se portó muy amable y siempre trato de ayudar, agradezco al dealer Nissan y al servicio al cliente por intervenir porque finalmente no pagué nada por la reparación de mi Nissan Rogué, creo que es algo justo por todas las inclemencias causadas, seguiré lleva mi rogué al servicio de cambio de aceite cada tres meses.
