The service person I got had an attitude and when I took my 2023 Nissan kicks to see if something was wrong. I went out to get my charger out the my and he saw me and came to me and told me they couldn’t f my 2023 Nissan kicks to see if something was wrong. I then said “how would I bring it back if it’s not even running” he said in a smart sarcastic tone “well you have warranty so they will obviously pay for it” I then said okay and I asked a couple more questions I forgot what they were and then he just kept answering them real sarcasticly or with an attitude tone talking to me like I was dumb. Four and a half years, and 47,000 miles later, I’ve never had a significant issue with my 2020 Murano that was purchased at Orr Nissan Central. Perhaps thats because I’ve only had it serviced here.
