Mr Canary we regret the issue you had in our service department concerning accepting personal checks for payment. We do not want to inconvenience our customers in any way. Our policy changed due to an increase in personal checks not honored by banks due to insufficient funds. Many businesses have gone to this policy due to this reason. You don't REGRET your decision. You shouldn't have placed all the honest customers into the same category as the crooks. You have not and will not invest in a check verification machine that would instantly tell you that person does not have sufficient funds but no your decision is to run off all of your honest customers. I spoon feed you the solution to this problem you created but you would rather blow smoke and LIE than to fix this issue. If my business was really important to you then this would have never happened since you would already have a check verification machine at each of your facilities. Don't insult my intelligence again saying, " Many businesses have gone to this policy due to this reason". For they have check verification machines and ORR Nissan is just to CHEAP to buy them. Who is this John Ledger? How can he fix this issue does he have in his possession a check verification machine? Your words are just a bunch nonsense and are insincere. I would like to continue business with you but if you will not help yourselves then your business will soon be a memory. Just look at what it is doing to your service department 5 to 6 vehicles per day can't even sustain having it. Is you next business decision at Orr Nissan to close all of their service department for lack of business. I think so if you don't change course and do it very quickly. They say one satisfied customer will tell 1 to 3 people but a dissatisfied customer tell everyone they meet. It is a gift that keeps on giving. Think about that.
