I was told that I needed air filters, and didn’t need them. I didn’t have the money to pay for them either at that time but I paid for them. This really put me back and I felt that because I’m a female them. I didn’t have the money to pay for them either at that time but I paid for them. This really put me back and I felt that because I’m a female that this happened. I wanted my money back and the guy offered 2 free oil changes. I have his name on a card that he gave me. Orr Nissan should have refunded my money to me considering I have been a customer for years. I felt scammed!!!! I’m really pissed off because I come back in trust to Orr Nissan and this happens. Good customer would have offered my money back!!!! I still need my money back!!!! More
