Dishonest dealership I read the reviews from previous dissatisfied customers with disbelief, since I had dealt with Hudiburg Nissan in the past. BUT please read this and I read the reviews from previous dissatisfied customers with disbelief, since I had dealt with Hudiburg Nissan in the past. BUT please read this and be fair warned. I was involved in a automobile accident and had my vehicle towed to Hudiburg to diagnose the mechanical issues. I was told by the Asst Service Manager it was a sensor that went bad and 400.00 would fix my issue. Please note I had told the Asst Service Manager and State Farm Insurance I would not have the car repaired if there was any extensive mechanical issues. Since I was assured the sensor was my only problem mechanically my car was transferred to Hudiburg body shop. After working on my car for a week, I rec a call from Tom with the body shop who says "hey did you know your check engine light was on"? I explained that is why your service department had my vehicle for a week to fix the problem and I am sure hoping there is nothing serious wrong or I will be extremely upset. Note the body shop waited a week to call to notify me the light was on. Yes I confirmed with Tom the body shop representative that they took a picture of my dash when they rec my vehicle from service. So my vehicle goes back to service and was told the check engine light was related to the gas cap??? I told Marvin I sure hope the light does not come back on or I will be upset! I drove less than 30 miles and the light came back on. What is the problem now? Well it wasn't the gas cap I am now told it is the catalytic converters are out which would cost another 2500.00 to fix. So yes I am peeved about the dishonesty and dealing with this dealership. When I stressed to Marvin I could not believe they did not test drive my car I was told "we don't test drive cars which are in operable". I said "you fixed it"! I was told then we don't test drive the vehicles on the interstate. I said "your master mechanic just drove it down 89th and the light came back on". Yes I am a female but not a stupid one or one to be taken advantage of. I spoke with the General Manager today to share my disappointment and belief that the service department and body shop dropped the ball on my repairs. The general manager calls me back after his investigation to advise me "Marvin stated, when one check engine light was fixed another one came on". My response was "really I was only aware of the one code before it went to the body shop and now there were other codes". As I told the general manager I do not want to say someone is dishonest but come on I know what I was told and what actions were taken. The solution was for me to trade my car in because it wouldn't matter with the issues since they would take it to the auction. Really that is the solution. I truly pray this will prevent anyone else from getting the shaft at Hudiburg Nissan. This dealership deals in dishonesty. More

Straight-out lied I was interested in looking at a specific used car I saw on their website. I live about 40 minutes away so I headed toward the dealership and called I was interested in looking at a specific used car I saw on their website. I live about 40 minutes away so I headed toward the dealership and called as I was leaving. It took me about 25 minutes to finally get ahold of someone. When someone answered I specifically asked if they still had the car in stock - even provided the stock number. I explained that I was on my way to the dealership and would like to confirm before I drove all the way. He told me the manager was sitting across the aisle and he would double-check. He came back and said "Yes, we still have it. Ask for (I forget the first name) Underwood. He's my manager and will be able to assist." 10 minutes later I drove in only to find that the car was not there and Underwood was not even working that day. The manager on duty (Greg Brooksher) claimed to be Underwood's boss and was apologetic but that didn't do much good. They intentionally lied only to get me to the dealership. I was in the market for a specific auto and was ready to buy. I will NEVER contact Hudiburg again, for any reason. I suspect that they never actually had that car in stock to begin with. More

These guys were amazing no bull crap. Got me the best price in the city on this truck. Went right into finance and the same thing there fast easy no hassles or pressure. We called on an internet deal after having a bad experience with another Nissan dealership and told them up front we wanted the best price and not spend all day at the dealership. Gary our sales rep quoted the best deal over the phone and when we got there he had the car ready to drive and gave us a very fair deal on our trade. We were there a very short amount of time and wrapped things up in the finance department quickly. There was a small ding that needed to be fixed and was written in the sales contract. Gary said bring it back on Monday and meet me. I dropped off the car with Gary, he had a loaner ready and running, I spent maybe 5 minutes dropping off. Then he called when it was done and again he had my car ready when I got there to pick it up. A+ Hudiburg for both Sales Experience and Customer Service. More
