He listened what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and worked with me to find the perfect car. I then came back in May 2017 (was tboned and the beautiful murano as totaled) and bought another murano. I called Chris and he immediately remembered who I was and what I had previously purchased. He worked with me again in May and got me a great price on the 2017. Chris made both of my car buying experiences easy. You won't find a place that beats their prices and Chris has truly be a great person to work with. More
We sale cars in poor condition to customers! I visited Hudiburg looking for a car for my daughter on Monday. I was interested in an i25 series BMW, black two doors with a sunroof. I took the car I visited Hudiburg looking for a car for my daughter on Monday. I was interested in an i25 series BMW, black two doors with a sunroof. I took the car to BMW to have a new car service check. The BMW diagnostic found that the codes had been erased three times. Codes are usually cleared to hide a problem with a vehicle. The diagnostic found that Steering needs to be replaced and that part cost $2000 dollars, not including labor. I returned the car to Hudiburg. I gave the report to salesman and sales manager. The sales manager refused to fix the car and stated, "we sell used cars as is." Sadly that the sales manager aware that this car has an expensive problem for the person who will purchase this automobile, but he doesn't care about the customer. BMW service said if the steering problem was fixed this maybe a good car. The diagnostic report can be found at BMW by vehicle's VIN number. I didn't purchase an auto and would not recommend Hudiburg dealers to anyone in the future. More

90 days I purchased three vehicles at the Hudiburg Auto Group on I-40. The most recent December 2015. I wanted my next car to be a Nissan. I went to this deal I purchased three vehicles at the Hudiburg Auto Group on I-40. The most recent December 2015. I wanted my next car to be a Nissan. I went to this dealership just knowing I would be taken care of because it was Hudiburg. I was wrong. My husband and I test drove a vehicle and sat down to decide. We narrowed it to two options: Murano, Platinum, Mocha interior and either Black or Blue exterior. The sales person said it would take 90 days to find one!!!!!! Really. I didn't want any of the cars on the lot even though she promised a deal if I did. Even the manager came in and said he would check around but wasn't sure what was available. Both said they would call on Monday. Guess what, no one called. On Monday, we went across town and purchased the exact car I wanted and only had to wait until Wednesday for delivery. That's like less than 3 (THREE) business days. I'm driving a brand new car and I won't return to Hudiburg for another. My daughter will need a car in four years and my husband will surely need one in the future. Lost a customer. More
