I usually look forward to buying a car with all the enthusiasm of a root canal. However, I had inquired online about a used Nissan Murano. Jason Hawkins quickly responded via phone and email, and answered some questions I had about the vehicle. Jason was great about moving forward without being pushy, and after more conversations back and forth, we finally got down there on the 4th of July. Since it was the 4th, Jason had been cleared to go on home, but stayed to meet with us. The car was ready for us to take for a test drive; my wife fell in love with the car immediately. Went in, easily came to terms, Jason took all the information, moved us over to finance where Andrea (can't remember her last name) processed us quickly. When we were done at finance, Jason had the car ready to go. We really appreciate the time he spent before we actually got to the dealership, so that when we did get there, it was smooth sailing. We will definitely buy again at Hudiburg Nissan (this was actually our second Nissan from there) and would recommend seeing Jason Hawkins. I'm sure he will take care of you like he did us! More

We initially went in looking for a specific car that we saw on the website & spotted a different one that we had our hearts set on in earlier hunts with a few different dealerships. I'm not sure how it was that we stumbled upon a dealership that should be ideal EVERYWHERE you go when you're ready to purchase a car but we did! We can't say enough nice things without taking up too much time but we Will buy again from Hudiburg Nissan Inc & will definitely refer our friends & families! More
Took my nissan titan in for some work on mirror it was clicking and light on dashboad was on something about tires and the drivers side heat was blowing cold air...the servcie advisor said oh you bought t clicking and light on dashboad was on something about tires and the drivers side heat was blowing cold air...the servcie advisor said oh you bought this at Bob Howard..RUDE..made a appointmet anyway to get fixed had the gold warranty on vehichle he said it was going to $100 for each problem which is correct ..except one problem was the heat on drivers side was a manufactor defect which was recalled he did not say this and was still going to charge deductiblbe..so be carefull...Glad cancelled appointment and took to Bob Howard they are the one that told me it was a manufacters recall therefore no decuctible..for that..why did the service manager at Hudiburg not tell me that... I came out and looked at the car twice before purchasing and every time I came he was incredibly patient and kind to us. I never felt pressured to buy the car at any point and when i was ready he helped me get a price I could afford. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager and he was equally as helpful. He sat with me and laid out all the facts and discussed my options with me, which was exactly what I needed since this was my first time buying a car on my own. I can not express how much I appreciate Drew and helping me leave with the car I really wanted. I will definitely be back to Hudiburg Nissan. More

I went to look at a 2006 Ford Ranger that was listed on Ebay. When I got there I saw that it was beat to death with hail damage. There was no mention of this in the description of the vehicle. I asked the salesmen why they wouldn't disclose this in the ad, and his first answer was I didn't know we were supposed to. I told him that I wasted time and money to come and look at this and was very disappointed that hail damage was not disclosed. He then told me that if they disclosed the hail damage, no one would come and look at the truck. I told him that was very shady business and he told me not to get mad at him, but to call the owner and tell him. When I got home today, I found that they updated the ad to include (light hail). I took my Versa in for the usual oil change and general check-up. The service was exceptional. The waiting area is well equipped.......coffee pot, tv, computer provided with internet access.
