They were disorganized and the cashier was rude. I scheduled an appointment, arrriving there the “advisor” was MIA. Another one picked up service but when the car was finished no one informed. I realized the car was done by chance when I went to the bathroom. When inquiring if the car was ready no one had a clue and pretended to be looking at their phones, until a friendlier advisor pick up the slack. I do not see the purpose of a person as a cashier when the job is purely swiping a card. I dis not have a print out detailing the service until AFTER the card was swiped. There was an inconsistency in the price charged and when asked clarification the cashier told me “I cannot do anything about it” in a rude manner. So I need to get back to the advisor to ask clarification. Overall they need to organize their team and hire people that understand customer service. More

Service advisor could not explain what recall they did. Technician left oil all over the interior and did not put rear floor mat back in place. I was replacing 2 vehicles. A 22 Toyota Corolla Cross and 1 Technician left oil all over the interior and did not put rear floor mat back in place. I was replacing 2 vehicles. A 22 Toyota Corolla Cross and 18 Nissan Armada. I went to sales and had to get the sales manager to find help. Milton that was working with me was great until I needed to make a down payment decision that would take at least 48 hours. Milton was very upset and acted as if I was wasting his time. I told him I would be back Saturday. He called me the next day but I was busy. He then kept asking me questions and demanding answers. I hung up on him because he was being rude and not accepting my answers of being busy. He then called me again 10 minutes later and was angry. He told me he didn't care if I was going to make a complaint and to stop wasting his time. More

As far as oil changes go, they are ok, but outside of that, I would have a very hard time trusting them to do work. More
