Most honest dealership I’ve been to. I worked with jimmy at the Orr central location. My mom sent me there because he did such an amazing job with helping her. He literally not only went I worked with jimmy at the Orr central location. My mom sent me there because he did such an amazing job with helping her. He literally not only went above and beyond with helping her get a vehicle, but he really actually cared about making sure she was happy and secure and she left the dealership worry free. I went in with a car that I thought I wouldnt be able to get out of financially. I can only afford a certain car payment that I thought they weren’t able to accommodate. I was so stressed and overwhelmed and I almost backed out of the deal because I have so much going on in my life right now. My car was one of those huge stresses. But he sat me down and not only asked what I needed out of a deal but he got to know me and to understand where I was at in my life in general. And not only did that show me they cared, but it also showed me that his job isn’t just about the money to him, like it is to most salesmen. They actually care about their customers and their needs and what’s going on in their lives. They figured something out to help me get to where I needed to be, even though it took a lot of extra work for them. They not only got me out of my vehicle, but I get to own one that I absolutely love, down to every detail, and a car that I don’t have to stress being able to afford or have any problems with. His GM/finance manager was just as amazing and honest. Jimmy also went the extra mile to show me every detail the car had available. He showed me every step and feature, and all the handbooks and even got in th car and helped me set up my Bluetooth and showed me how to work everything hands on. Even as I was leaving he was making sure the car was spotless and making sure I was happy. I’m serious, this is the best car dealership I’ve ever been to, and Jimmy is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. I’m recommending them to my sister and anyone else I know in the future who needs a car. Thank you guys so much for making your job more about the people and the experience and not letting money be the most important factor. More

Dustin was the young gentleman that took me to work and picked me up to bring me back to the dealership. Dustin has good customer service skills. More

Suburb service! Orr Nissan is a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealerships in Oklahoma. Most dealership are like vultures coming after you trying to push you in Orr Nissan is a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealerships in Oklahoma. Most dealership are like vultures coming after you trying to push you into buying a car. Not the case here. I was treated with the upmost respect and they were upfront. No gimmicks! No pushy salesman. I feel that their customer service is plus one, top notch! While there I had the opportunity of meeting a couple of the owners who were actually working alongside their employees, and not out playing golf. They are very down to earth, friendly people. If you want an extremely pleasurable experience, look no further. I definitely recommend ORR Nissan! More
