New vehicle was advertised at 37000 dollars, when my wife inquired to purchase the price was raised to 48000. The reason being was that he said they haven't sold a car for msrp in 6 months. That's a 30 perce inquired to purchase the price was raised to 48000. The reason being was that he said they haven't sold a car for msrp in 6 months. That's a 30 percent markup, national average is less than 5 percent markup even with shortages. When we told Brad, our salesman, that we would be looking elsewhere he became sarcastic and arrogant. These guys epitomize every bad thing said about greedy and underhanded car salesmen. More

I bought a truck from them, that was one of the worst mistakes of my life. I directly had no problems with the salesperson, Brad. However, the manager, Jimmy, was very problematic and unwilling to correc mistakes of my life. I directly had no problems with the salesperson, Brad. Upon test driving the truck, the windshield had a crack that went horizontally over at least 2/3 of the windshield. Before buying, they agreed to replace it whenever I had time. The reason for when I had time was because I was leaving that night for work. I work offshore and wouldn't be home for 28 days. The salesperson honored the agreement on the windshield and had it repaired when I got home. However, when I got to the truck after finishing my hitch offshore the battery was dead. I double checked and didn't leave anything on, the battery is bad. While waiting on the paperwork for the truck I was buying, I noticed on 3 separate occasions employees taking power station jump starters out of the building and into the parking lot. I didn't think anything of it until my truck wouldn't start. That is the first the problem which Jimmy is not willing to help with. The next problem is the tailgate will not open now and the plastic cap on top the tailgate is now coming off. After inspecting it, I noticed that there are 2 screws in the top cap that don't belong there and that the screws for access panel have been taken out. There are a couple of those screws that have the head stripped out. It seems that it was slapped together and made to hold just long enough for the sale. This is the second problem Jimmy is unwilling to correct. I've had the vehicle for about 5 weeks now, 4 of those it was parked in a secure location, and have already had 3 issues which all signs indicate the dealership knew of and there is nothing they will do to remedy it. I cannot recommend anyone buy a vehicle from Orr Kia in Bossier City, at least while Jimmy is the manager. More

Was lied to and told a vehicle was available that had been sold a week before. They did this to get me to come in and then tried to sell me a different vehicle. Very shady and underhanded tactic. Consumer beware!!! This particular dealer is akin to the proverbial LateNight Sneaky Uncle. Underhanded sales tactics, I was charged 34k for my 17k automobile.
