3 weeks ago (oct 11th, 2024) I had appt to fix sunroof bc I was having leaking issues. Without them looking at my car, I had to pay $250 for a new sunroof. The repair, in total, was gonna be $650 and change. I was having leaking issues. Without them looking at my car, I had to pay $250 for a new sunroof. The repair, in total, was gonna be $650 and change. When I arrived. Not one person looked at my car to make sure this was the problem. Just taking a girls word, who know nothing about cars. I had it done. Thinking it wld solve the issue of water leakage bc figuring a new sunroof/sealer wld do the trick. 3 wks later it rained. Guess what? Yep, still leaking. Made another appt and they wanna charge me $180 to do a diagnostic. I asked what does a diagnostic have to do with sealing a water issue? Apparently thts their word for "finding where it's leaking from". Thts not what it means in my dictionary. But, whatever. I came in to have them fix a leak, so this told me they didn't bother LOOKING for the leak, just replacement that costed me almost $700. Anyhoo. As I said, 3wks, still leaking. Took it to my local mechanic and they fixed it in less than 10min, without charge. You know what the issue was? A clogged drain!! They cleaned it out, air hosed it. That's it. And yes I am angry that a dealership charged me almost $700 for something that was 1. Simple to fix and 2. Wasn't necessary. They lost a customer for sure. Let's do better. More
Last month I got some service done by great mechanic who is no longer there named Christian. Because recently my car started having problems, I called today and spoke with Matthew the service technician for is no longer there named Christian. Because recently my car started having problems, I called today and spoke with Matthew the service technician for over 30 min about what has been going on with my car. I told him in great detail everything that was going on. I also asked to speak with the Service Manager Lisa. Well, Lisa called me back an hour and 15 min later. Not only was she very dismissive and rude, but she also talked over me. She was loud although I talked calmly. I was very polite and even called her “Ms Lisa” although she was rude. Many folks may have had a great experience here, however, honestly after dishing out over $2500 already at this same establishment, and having that bad interaction today, I will not be going back. Horrible customer service coming from what is supposed to be a professional business is a no go. This Air Force vet will not be back. And if you are looking for a reputable dealership, you may want to look elsewhere, like out of town. More
The salesman was great! I didn’t get what I wanted for my trade in. After. I purchased my Soul, I realized it was missing part of the rear bumper. I had to order a new bumper from the Kia dealership myself to resolve the issue. Hyundai dealership is all about the sale. Not the after care that gets customers coming back. :/ More
Trying to fix my car I was trying to have my 2016 Hyundai nuscan car fixed. It has 21000 miles on it. I get there and they tell me to go to bumber and bumber. So my car was over heating bad... I drove to bumber and bumber... Of which they don't work on cars... Had to drive all the way back to the dealership with a car that was over heating... For them to give me to a manager and finally they took my car to be fixed... On the day I was to pick it up I was told it would be ready at 3. At 4:00 I show up and had to wait till 4:45 to get my car. The whole first 20 min was them trying to find my car. Then I got told they where still washing it... Then why was I told to be there at 3 to get my car. When I did get my car they just left it sitting with the door open and air full blast. My rings had been moved. Which I'm too mad bout the rings. But leaving my car by itself with the door open and ac full blast? What the xxxx. Pretty upsetting experience. I did get all work done for free. Which it's under warranty and that's the only reason I went there to do it. But they clearly had no idea how to handle customers who need their car fixed and they had me driving around town with a car that was overheating. I could have ruined my motor on a car I'm paying $36000 on because they wanted me to go to bumber and bumber.. Need training there. Bad. More
