My sales manager man lied to me to get me to buy my 2024 Dodge Ram. He told me I would be getting a sizeable Gap Check which would cover my sales tax. I didn't get it and therefore I can't pay my sales ta Dodge Ram. He told me I would be getting a sizeable Gap Check which would cover my sales tax. They had my only vehical and refused to give me a loaner. Got it back and didn't make it 100 feet from the dealership before it broke again from the same issue. Now I have to have to pay another shop fix what they broke. I will never be back. More

I do NOT recommend Orr in searcy. When I bought my vehicle November 5th it was scratched and had glue on it and I was assured it would be fixed properly. I take it back a couple days later and they ke vehicle November 5th it was scratched and had glue on it and I was assured it would be fixed properly. I take it back a couple days later and they keep it a week and a half and they burn the paint. I call back and get told to take it a body shop in Searcy. This body shop kept it 3 days to buff and wax it. When I went to pick it up (wens) it had chips in it so Orr assured me theyd make them fix it properly. On Friday I get a call to come get it that its ready. There was a whole dent in the body line and the paint chips were half xxx fixed. I was told it would get fixed correctly yet again. I get a call today to come get it they cant do anything else. They didn’t do xxxx about the paint not matching or the spots being raised!! Oh and between the week they body shop had it theres been 200 miles put on my jeep🙃 Im beyond furious at their half xxx attempt. I also didn’t get a loaner vehicle more then 3 1/2 days even though I told them I had class twice a week and baby Dr appointments🙃 Not to mention when the body shop transferred it to ORR Friday and I went and looked at it and seen the dent and xxxxty paint job it was spotless no dirt no mud nothing. Today when I went and looked at it there is dust EVERYWHERE and theres mud around my tires where it’s slung up🥴 The only day its rained since Friday afternoon is LAST NIGHT! More

NO COMPASSION I am in a panic mode. I decided to take all of my paperwork to the Arkansas Revenue Department, to check on the tags situation on my Camry. They direc I am in a panic mode. I decided to take all of my paperwork to the Arkansas Revenue Department, to check on the tags situation on my Camry. They directed me to have the car assessed first. Then I was directed to have the assessment stamped, and recieve the paperwork in order to get my tags. At the DMV, I was told that the total to get the tags and registration would be $1,062. I gasped out "I can't afford THAT!" I'm on a fixed income. Is there any way to make payments? (No). They asked me if there was any way I could get a loan, (NO). They suggested I talk to Orr Chrysler, where I got the car. I drove the 45 min. drive to Searcy, and asked to talk to the manager. I was directed to see the finance officer, then the salesman who sold me the car, to the dealership manager, and back and forth several times. (They were PRETENDING to care, while playing the shuffle him around endlessly routine) Finally, the pretense of caring was abandoned completely and he flat out told me, it was MY FAULT I could not afford the tags, there was NO WAY he was going to help me, I should have read the FINE PRINT on the contract. I told him in my defense, I've never purchased a vehicle in the State of Arkansas, only CA and TX...and there the tags were INCLUDED in each and every sale, HOW WAS I TO KNOW? All of this over a little over $1,000. I BEGGED him for help, I said if I had the tags, and could drive legally, I could get a part time job and reimburse the dealership for the tags! (To deaf ears and a stone heart). More
