Repair work done. We purchased a 2015 Suburban from Orr in December 2016. We had an issue that surfaced with our vehicle that needed to be checked out. Lube & oil/ repair to passenger door window Made 7:30 am appointment the day before. Arrived at Orr Chevrolet and was pulled forward in the service aisle immediately. After being greeted by an O Made 7:30 am appointment the day before. Arrived at Orr Chevrolet and was pulled forward in the service aisle immediately. After being greeted by an Orr employee as I was getting out of my car, I was directed inside to speak with the service writer. He was expecting me. I showed him the repair needed on the front passenger door. He felt the part might be in stock. I was given a courtesy ride to my office by Stormy, who made the trip a pleasant visit. Around 9:30 Orr called to say my vehicle was ready. I picked it up over my lunch hour. This was seamless, painless, and about as good as it gets. No reason to look around. Who could do be any better? More
