Our favorite Dealership, like family BUT service tech "BAD" All great with the exception of a service tech that changed the oil in our SRX stripped the oil pan plug and worst sent the car out anyway. Anyone knows that you know immediately the bolt will not tighten and leaking oil. Accidents happen but this tech would be looking for a job if working for me. Mary McClain should get the Employee of the Year Award Mary was so quick and courteous. As soon as I got there she had me set up and took care of me and my new Silverado.
