Service Center Excellence I arrived on time and the door immediately opened. Inside was a smiling gentleman who immediately wrote down my license plate number and pulled up my I arrived on time and the door immediately opened. Inside was a smiling gentleman who immediately wrote down my license plate number and pulled up my appointment info. He confirmed the services I wanted and I went to the waiting room. The waiting room was Great! Coffee, donuts, TV, magazines, comfortable chairs and a cell phone charging station!!! Roughly 45mins later I was done and out the door with an oil change, full preventive maintenance check and rotation of tires. I was very pleased with my visit to Orr. More

Excellent service I actually went in today for service on my old truck. After talking to my advisor about what was next for them to resolve my issue with my truck, the I actually went in today for service on my old truck. After talking to my advisor about what was next for them to resolve my issue with my truck, the salesmen, Ron Bey showed me the new truck I was kind of interested in. Next thing I know I’m approved and drove off in a new Silverado with, of course, no issues. Very Happy! More
