I had just purchased the car a day earlier in an adjoining state where I live. Lucky that Orr was just a few miles away and grateful for their Saturday service department hours. I wish I had everyone’s name but the service advisors were great and the Cadillac mechanic knew the engine, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had me on my way in an hour. Confidence in my car was restored. It’s now 5 days and 2,000 miles later, my trip is completed successfully, the car was perfect with no further issues. Thank you! More
