Service Center Excellence I arrived on time and the door immediately opened. Inside was a smiling gentleman who immediately wrote down my license plate number and pulled up my I arrived on time and the door immediately opened. Inside was a smiling gentleman who immediately wrote down my license plate number and pulled up my appointment info. He confirmed the services I wanted and I went to the waiting room. The waiting room was Great! Coffee, donuts, TV, magazines, comfortable chairs and a cell phone charging station!!! Roughly 45mins later I was done and out the door with an oil change, full preventive maintenance check and rotation of tires. I was very pleased with my visit to Orr. More

Excellent service I actually went in today for service on my old truck. After talking to my advisor about what was next for them to resolve my issue with my truck, the I actually went in today for service on my old truck. Next thing I know I’m approved and drove off in a new Silverado with, of course, no issues. Very Happy! More
