I will never understand how a dealership that sells HD 3500 trucks can not balance the tires. Also they want to charge over 100 dollors to rotate the tires this is absolute highway robberery. If the manufacture would put propper dually valves on the tires the mounting wouldn't be neccesary and if they did dismount them they wouldn't be able to balance them anyway. I guess I'll start looking elsewhere for services. More

Brought my 2022 Tahoe in to Orr-Ft Smith to have the oil changed and tires rotated. This was my first experience in the Service Dept since purchasing my vehicle several months prior.
