I took my truck in to have the trailer light connection inspected. They performed a quick check of fuses and wiring harness. Neither had an issue. Waited 1 week to get a service appointment, then Waited 2 hours to be told they can’t fix my car and I have to take to the ford dealership. If you can not service a car why do you sell it and then I buy and hours to be told they can’t fix my car and I have to take to the ford dealership. If you can not service a car why do you sell it and then I buy and extended warranty that if I take it somewhere besides ORR I have to pay a deductible. The service department needs to have the correct equipment to diagnose and repair a problem. More

Have taken my vehicle in for service multiple times stating issues I was having. If you’re not just going in for an oil change it seems like the service department always has an excuse not to do the wo stating issues I was having. If you’re not just going in for an oil change it seems like the service department always has an excuse not to do the work you’re requesting or they just completely overlook mechanical issues causing problems with your vehicle. It took me three different trips to Orr Chevy to get my truck looked at properly and mechanic told me the potential root cause. I also requested an alignment but how convenient the alignment machine was out of service. The next day I took my truck to a different mechanic shop since it seems Chevrolet never can complete the work you need done. The shop gave me an alignment for half the price I would’ve been charged at Orr Chevy and they also found my control arm for my passenger front tire was bad and could fail at any minute. This was something Orr Chevrolet definitely did not catch or even bother to inform me of. Unacceptable and unprofessional as it gets. I will never be using Orr for my service needs again. More

My advisor was amazing the only reason for not giving 5 stars is the lack of free snacks coming from central Arkansas they always provided refreshments while I waited!
